May 2021, there is something new in our #Experimental range !
The work of exploring flavors carried out by Maison Drouin leads us this time to Charente Maritime in search of the best Cognac barrels for the maturation of our Calvados.
In collaboration with Cognac HINE Estate, we signed the new version of the Experimental range by Christian Drouin.
A few months of aging later, discover a Calvados Pays d'Auge of great precision, smooth and finely structured by soft and silky tannins.
Hine Angels is a limited edition of # 1296 bottles.
